Arnolds Welcomes Darcy Phelan Team
Arnolds would like to welcome Mr. Darcy Phelan to our Town planning Section. Joining Steve Crow’s Town Planning Section, Darcy brings years of town planning experience in Queensland to the team.
Darcy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Regional and Town Planning which he studied at the University of Queensland and is also a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA). He is a very enthusiastic, organised and confident Town Planner.
Darcy’s significant private sector experience and his knowledge of both Local and State Government Legislation is impressive. Darcy brings planning knowledge and know-how to Arnolds. We have no doubt that Darcy will be a fundamental part of Arnold Development Consultants’ Town Planning Section and we look forward to his every success.
