The inception of Arnold Development Consultants dates back to the early 1960s when Stephen John Arnold and Michael David George Arnold established a Town Planning and Land Surveying firm headquartered in Brisbane. As demand continued to grow, particularly along the Gold Coast, an imperative arose to inaugurate a Gold Coast Office in the late 1960s. Throughout the initial four decades, the Brisbane and Gold Coast Offices thrived under the dedicated guidance of their founding directors, with Michael Arnold and Stephen Arnold respectively at the helm, preserving the essence of a family-driven enterprise. To date, Arnold Development Consultants continues to thrive with the same principles and core values since it was founded.
