Gold Coast Retail Signage Resolution, Compliance & Approval

Arnold Development Consultants recently assisted Star Liquor, Tugun to resolve their existing retail signage compliance issues with Gold Coast City Council. Whilst the shop’s signage did not strictly adhere with Councils Advertising Devices Local Law 2021.

Arnolds were able to prepare a detailed Advertising Devices Assessment which covered signage size and coverage, architectural integration, commercial vibrancy & comparative examples, business and staff safety as well as product storage and protection.

Through professional and respectful negotiations between Arnolds, Council & Star Liquor, inclusive of an on-site meeting with Councils’ City Architect & Planners, Arnolds were able to secure a signage outcome for Star Liquor which met their commercial requirements whilst reaching a satisfactory outcome for the City of Gold Coast.

Arnolds would like to thanks Star Liquor & Gold Coast City Council for their co-operation & respectful negotiations to bring this matter to a successful resolution.
