We’ve had a long-standing relationship with The Pines and have completed the majority of lease sketches for the centre’s shops over the years.
More recently, our team was back on site for Lowes to update their existing Lease Sketch and bring it up to modern standards for leasing purposes.
A Lease Sketch is used to clearly identify the area being leased within a commercial property. Depending on what adjoins each shop, the lease boundary can be defined by features such as the mall line at the front of the tenancy, the internal face of a wall, or the centreline of a dividing wall between adjoining tenancies.
Keeping these plans accurate and up to date is important when a tenancy is being leased, renewed or changed, helping provide a clear representation of the leased area for all parties involved.
