The Gold Coast City Council has announced a new update that will make it significantly easier for the community to access planning and zoning information within the Robina Central Plan of Development (POD).

A newly launched Robina Central POD Interactive Mapper now allows property owners and stakeholders to easily locate their property, identify the relevant Precinct, and access the associated Plan of Development documents. This tool provides improved transparency, clearer information, and better support for those looking to understand development opportunities within the area.

The interactive mapping tool makes all POD approvals—issued under the Local Government (Robina Central Planning Agreement) Act 1992—publicly accessible online, offering a more user-friendly and efficient way to review planning details. This has been created to provide increased incentive to unlock development potential within the area.

As Council continues to develop the new Planning Scheme, they are also enhancing access to reports, committee updates, and ongoing feedback summaries from community and industry groups.
