Not every survey is on a nice, flat block with easy access.

This week had one of our surveyors working across a rural property, navigating long grass, uneven ground and plenty of open paddocks to collect the survey data needed for the project.

It might look like a peaceful day out, but there’s always plenty happening behind the scenes. Setting up equipment, moving between survey points and covering plenty of ground all comes with the territory.

The cooler weather has certainly made working outdoors a little more enjoyable and hopefully it’s convincing the snakes to stay hidden for a little while longer. 🐍

It’s all part of the job, and one of the reasons no two days in surveying are ever the same.
