Brief Background
I’ve worked in finance since the beginning of this year, following a transition from Queensland Health, where I was introduced to the financial world through a variety of roles. Prior to that, my working journey began in retail at a music store and a small pharmacy, where I developed strong customer service and communication skills that have carried through to my current work.
Why did you join Arnolds?
I was drawn to Arnolds because of its reputation for being both forward-thinking and people-focused. Everyone I met during the process was incredibly welcoming and hardworking, which really stood out to me. It felt like the right environment to grow professionally and be part of something meaningful.
What do you love most about your work?
What I enjoy most about working in finance is the balance between structure and problem-solving. I love being able to streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and support the financial strategy of the business. It’s rewarding to turn numbers into clear, actionable insights that contribute to broader company goals.
Two Fun Facts About Georgia
• In my spare time, you’ll usually find me in my sewing room (attempting) to make handmade quilts.
• I have two cats named Rambo and Hamlet, one’s a scaredy cat, and the other thinks he’s in an action movie.
